You slip your shoes off quietly, even though there is no one else around to hear you. Walking slowly forward, you pause to squish your feet in the sand. The sun hasn't quite risen yet, so it is still dark and cool out. Looking out over the water you see ripples in the water from the slight breeze of the morning. It leaves you with a slight chill; you rub your arms gently to warm the goose bumps away. Dear Anonymous, I really don't have much to say to you today. Then again, I don't really ever have anything to say otherwise. It's just below freezing this time in November, about 28 degrees. It's perfect weather for a nice sit outside. Being one who was born with thick skin, and raised in the arctic, I loved nothing better than the cold weather that hits so early on in the Northern US. Looking over at my best friend, I couldn't help but chuckle. He was wrapped up in probably 3 layers of clothing, including thermal insulated boots. He kept giving me that "you're crazy" look, and looking at me sitting in the snow with jeans and a tank top. I love the cold.

There is a special place in my heart reserved for the young couple. The couples who can't be separated, the ones who have been together a week, maybe only 5 days and, as such, are completely and utterly attached at the hip. The couples you see making out in the corner of your old high school, the pairs that walk around in the malls hanging all over each other. Airports are rather hectic in the afternoon. All the buzzing and mumbling of people walking, possibly even running to their terminals, is frightening sometimes. To a seven year old, it's rather frightening, especially a seven year old who can't find his mother. They walk together, hand in hand As their feet leave gentle prints in the sand. Close to each other, walking side by side Along the beach, damp with the coming tide. The sea foam plays around their feet As they soak up the last of the sun's heat. They keep a slow and steady pace And can see the love in each other's face. Hola chicos! I'm down in Mexico for the next week or so, and guess what has begun again? Flash Fiction Month! You know what that means? Daily stories from none other than... Me! So yes, I am having alot of fun, I'm already a few days ahead, though I guess since DA runs on a time zone that's about 4-6 hours ahead of where I am, I guess I'm actually working on time. Oh well. Anyways, I have three new stories up as of today, and will try my hardest to update a new one each day in order to keep up with competition. Anyways, glad to finally be writing again. Hi guys, I haven't updated my journal since January, so I figured I might as well put something new in here. Things are getting crazy as my first year of college comes to a close. I have four performances to get through in the nest couple of weeks as well as three drawings and two finals. I finally have gotten around around to uploading a few new things on here. Things are going rather well, I really am not on here very often any more, I try to drop by and check in on things every once in a while though. My love life is getting back on track after a little rockiness. My grades are going well, my family is doing well, so I really don't have

In Case You've Been Missing Me

So I haven't been on lately, in case anyone notticed. My laptop died- Motherboard malfunction. It is hopefully being sent ot the manufacterer, if it's under warrenty. And If it's not, I don't knwo when I will be getting another laptop. So yeah, I've been rather sad about that. I've had to go to the library any time I want to do almost anything that requires the internet or microsoft word, including all of my college papers. IT's rather depressing. I've missed you gyus, and hopefully I'll find something out about my laptop before too long, or at least find some free time I can kill in the computer lab to get back up in the chats, who knows.
